Changes are planned in the ownership structure of AVIA Real Estate during the early part of 2025.
Our owners – Finavia, Pontos Group and the NREP fund – has preliminarily agreed that Finavia increases its ownership stake in AVIA Real Estate from 49 per cent to 100 per cent. The arrangement is expected to be implemented in the first half of 2025.
The aim of the arrangement is to ensure high-quality, competitive and suitable premises for companies and other operators near Helsinki Airport.
The planned ownership arrangement will not affect the current operations of AVIA Real Estate. Our contractual relationships with you, as well as our company’s operations and service production, will continue as before. Your contract contact person at AVIA Real Estate will remain the same.
